September’s real estate landscape across our region revealed a mix of trends. In Hastings County, there were 140 sales with an average price of $516,000. Northumberland County recorded 118 sales and saw a slight dip in average price to $635,000. Here in Prince Edward County, we experienced a notable 26% jump in average price, with 30 properties sold at an average of $856,000.
